This sculptural 18k gold pendant/brooch blends playful color with refined craftsmanship. Pavé-set pink sapphires cascade across the textured gold surface, accented by raw Mexican Fire Opal, a faceted Mozambique ruby slice, and lab-grown ruby cabochons in vivid pink and orange tones.

Measuring 2.1" tall × 1.2" wide × 0.3" deep, this versatile piece can be worn as either a pendant or brooch. Available with or without the 5-strand 18k gold neck wire shown.
