Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, we accept returns, exchanges, and store credit requests within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of damage, alteration, or wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Returned items are subject to:

  • A 7% restocking fee
  • Deduction of the original outbound shipping, insurance, and carrier service costs incurred by Shana Kroiz Jewelry, less any shipping amount paid by the customer at checkout
  • Return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible items may be exchanged for another piece or issued as store credit.

  • No restocking fee applies to exchanges or store credit
  • Store credit does not expire and may be used at any time

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items that have been resized or altered
  • Worn or damaged items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping, insurance, and carrier service costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund as described above.

For your protection, we recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method with signature confirmation. Shana Kroiz Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Custom pieces, personalized pieces, resized items, altered items, special orders, and made-to-order pieces created specifically for you are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Email shana@shanakroizjewelry.com with:

  • Order number
  • Your name, address, phone, and email
  • Whether you want an exchange or store credit

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges or store credit will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
