Refund policy

Return Window

We accept eligible returns, exchanges, and store credit requests within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, items must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are subject to:

  • A 7% restocking fee

  • Deduction of the original shipping cost incurred by Shana Kroiz Jewelry

  • Return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible items may be exchanged for another piece or issued as store credit.

No restocking fee applies to exchanges or store credit. Store credit does not expire and may be used at any time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Items that have been resized, altered, or personalized

  • Worn, damaged, or used items

  • Gift cards, if offered

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method with signature confirmation. Shana Kroiz Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Custom pieces, personalized pieces, resized items, altered items, special orders, and made-to-order pieces created specifically for you are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless required by applicable law.
